Ceslie Mulholland began working with animals over 15 years ago. As a dog owner herself, she understands and values the importance of cultivating a special bond with her own dogs, in addition to each pet she encounters. Her charismatic energy and genuine compassion for animals has evolved into a natural talent, thus allowing her dog walking business to flourish.
Her previous life in academia consisted of attaining her B.A. Degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from San Francisco State University, working as a Lab Assistant conducting Biofuel Research (Romberg Tiburon Center for Environmental Studies), and applying to Dental School to become a Pediatric Dentist. Unfortunately, after years of sacrifice and dedication, graduate school admittance was not obtained. This circumstance in no way prevented Ceslie from becoming a success.
After reevaluating her priorities and passions, she followed her intuition and decided to open up a small business dedicated to providing quality pet care in San Francisco. Services offered include off leash play groups for high energy dogs, boarding, and the daily reinforcement of basic obedience and boundaries.
Ceslie received her professional certifications from the Michael Ellis School For Dog Trainers and Leerburg University. Additionally, she is an AKC Star Puppy Instructor, CGC/Advanced CGC/Trick dog evaluator.
During her off time, Ceslie enjoys spending time with family and friends, Muay Thai, running, giving back to the community and competing in AKC Obedience, Dock Diving, and Flyball with her dog Luna.
"More often than not I find that most people are more than capable of having a fulfilling relationship with their pet, however, sometimes they are not aware of how to fix an unfavorable habit such as pulling on walks or jumping up to greet visitors. Naughty habits can cause owners to feel helpless and frustrated.
I find gratification in assisting pet owners with current educational resources, equipment suggestions, and training options. Any method chosen, coupled with consistency is a great way to eliminate undesired habits in most dogs thus leading to a meaningful pet-owner relationship."
